的permanent job。
然后他说他们公司hire，然后派出去。
我说那项目结束了怎么办，没活了咋办。
他说他们有sales不断找活。
我心想这不扯淡么。。。
他继续说如果实在没活就叫bench，他们公司会给20块一小时的rate。
我想这样的话一年才4w，还不够我h1b的薪水标准呢，这样会违法嘛？
想请板上大家发表一下意见，这种公司可以去么？？

) for H1B on bench. Theoretically, when you are H1B on bench, the company
has to pay you at least at prevailing wage. Otherwise, it is illegal. | c**********r

bi-weekly.

across US, most of them focused in CA region.
5. We’ll pay for all face to face interview expenses, when needed.
