If I start 1 month after L.I. IPO(20110518), its stock should be at as
high as it will ever be by a good chance. What's point of these 3000
options?
Any body has a diff take on this offer?

Phd 1.5 years ago, and >2 of my offers back then were better than current
L.I. offer.
