我的大意就是,I don't take myself too seriously. We get along well with each
other. we have lunch together and joke around. we work together we are team
members,we are partners. Also, we are friends.
HM 就反问我你和手下的怎么可能是朋友呢
我说或许这就是我的style. HM 不置可否
我在想难道美国人提倡的是respect the hierarchy 吗?
中国人传统思维里的跟群众打成一片不对吗?呵呵 |

不管在哪里,都不应该和手下成为朋友。一般的manager training都会建议和手下刻意
保持一定距离,特别是生活中,这样才不会mess up personal life and work.
这是最最基本的了。没有权威,不可能带好队.
当然现实中,你和个别心腹关系好肯定有,但是台面上绝对不能这末说的。
