好像recruiter搞错了,似乎要求的是java而不是c++:
The position is at Lexmark and the job description is below.
Java Application Developer with design and development experience to
contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Performs and/or
leads the technical design and
development of complex application systems using existing and emerging
technology platforms. May participate in some application architecture
functions. Estimates and defines time
tables and project tasks; analyzes and estimates cost and time. Creates and
may review unit, test plans, unit testing and code reviews. Manages all work
around reported defects,
performing application builds, Identifies opportunities to improve testing
process.Also, responsible for maintaining Java coding standards and best
practices,
Performs and/or leads design, coding, testing, implementation, and
documentation of solution. Develops basic and detailed program
specifications. Ensures that expected application
performance levels are achieved. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents,
maintains, and modifies computer programs of high complexity, significance,
and risk.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends
technical solutions. Demonstrates good understanding of the business needs
driving the projects.
Preferred Skills/Experience
TOP SKILLS:
- 5 years Java/J2EE experience
- 2 years using databases and understanding data modeling principals
- Other required skills include: Spring, Hibernate, Servlets, XML, UML,
Source Code
Management
- A thorough understanding of Authentication, Authorization, Digital
Certificates, Firewalls, Protocols and the overall SDLC process is required,
specializing in Agile.
- Architecting Enterprise Java Applications is desired but not required
- Agile/Scrum
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are required
- Self initiating requiring little supervision
- Strong team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
