some great opportunity in online ads.
Compensation package is not a big deal to me since I am in the industry for
quite a while. I want to find out which one is more innovative and more fun
to work with.
Is there anyone here who has worked for one of these two teams? please share
some information. thanks.

main revenue is from ads sponsors.

M的ads team特别差，现在bing的实现不了利润的板子就打在ads 了。
所以工作稳定性也很难说。说流动性强很大一方面也是不稳定吧。有的人是不得不走。

论，其实不如pay来的实在。
BTW，Amazon的ads都是放在哪里的？就看到主页上有display ads, 那些购物的
recommendation不算ads吧？
