不知道多久可以批，今天是PP的15天。
这个律师太差了，LCA 被deny了一次。现在又RFE了。从开始办H1B transfer到现在已
经2个月了，还在等，疯了。

你的是需要licence吗？
什么是no PP？PP的话应该还是15天内有结果吧？

How long did it take you to get H1B approval? Did you have RFE?
So without the license you can still get H1B approval, but you have to wait
for the license for starting your new job?
Is the license also issued by USCIS?

I use PP for H1B, got email approval notice in 10 days and original approval
notice in 2 weeks (Both sent to Law company)
So without the license you can still get H1B approval, but you have to wait
for the license for starting your new job?
Yes
Is the license also issued by USCIS?
My new company told me from different department, they didn't tell me the
detail, just let me wait. |
