又重新申请了毕业学校的另一个专业做保底，现在这个专业给我发ad，但是他们打算没
收我的OPT，我想可不可以一边应承下这家公司，一边上课，等熬到10月份，让他们给
我办H1B呢？
1.这样是否合法？
2.如果不合法，对我未来求职会有什么影响。
3，如果想工作，又想合法，除了办CPT还有什么别的办法？ |

发帖数: 8496 | 7 For a F1 transfer, the current school (that endorse your OPT) need to
release the transfer in order for new school to use SEVIS to generate your
new I-20. You can have many admission offers (from various schools), but
you will then tell your school DSO which one to release SEVIS to, so new
school of your choice can print your new I-20.

I guess they made some dept transfer but not the application thing, since
they refund me the application fee.
if the same school do they also need to sign some new I20?

canceled. You do need a new I-20 if no chance to file H1 or other COS
around the time OPT expires. |
