，公司的律师说在3.30用我的bachelor degree filling H1B，关于是否影响以后的绿
卡申请，律师答复如下：
”Using your Bachelor's degree (but not your Master's) with the filing of
your H-1B will not necessarily affect whether or not the green card
application is ultimately processed in the EB-2 or EB-3 category. So long
as you complete your Master's degree before you join Microsoft (which you
will), you may be eligible for the EB-2 category. But that determination
will be made in consultation with your Microsoft LCA attorney and your
future manager based on the true minimum requirements of the position (i.e.
-- whether a Bachelor's or Master's is actually required for the position).“
不知道情况是否这样？
另外是不是微软给申的H1B，不用自己动手填那一堆表格，像LCA之类的？ |
