recuriter说fixed income的电面主要是C++的技术的问题。
equity derivative的是Java的笔试。

现在主要在cut cost, no food, no drinks. OT taxi/meal也很严格了。

so the promotion there is easier...
I have a feeling that the headhunter doesn't have any position in HK and so
he is pushing for SH positions...

pattern design than C++ developers.
Were you interviewed for a position in China? Or the US?

and C++ both. My interview was for Shanghai office. The problems asked
there seem easier than those tough problems you found on this board. |

都是连i++都搞不清楚的，所以只能再找点。

人，估计你准备也没用。比如template partial specialization, meta programming
之类里面有你从未遇到过的问题。
Modern C++ design里面的细枝末节都搞清楚，估计你就没啥问题了，不过C++最牛的几
个人都走了，所以除非你运气太差。

Contacted by two people, one of them should be an HR. However, I didn't get
a formal letter until now. And no emails since the oral intern offer.
I would say it is like a joke to me. hahaha. |

over 15 years and are still VP/Associate. If you are not a talent of office
politics, you won't have that potential.

MS HR will only tell you that your bonus is unlimited, but will NOT say in
most cases that it will be near zero.
