company used to offer stock options instead of actual shares 5-10 years ago.
it's only recently public companies start to offer actual stock shares (
Restrict stock unit) because of more strict tax regulation on option grants. |

发帖数: 9 | 8 谢谢。这个回答比较清楚明了。看来RSU是上市后的公司提供给员工的福利，而未上市
的小公司只能提供员工shares as an option了。不知我理解的对不对？原来一直不懂
什么是RSU，现在看似明白了。
