，hr和律师大概能什么时候file application并收到receipt呢？会不会很磨蹭，需要
我多催他们？因为今年的名额眼瞅着不多了。另外如果今年的名额用完，就只有等到明
年了吗？

then be mailed or faxed to the DOL. A certified copy will eventually be
returned to the employer.
