面这样：
U.S. Export Control laws and U.S. Government Department of Defense contracts
and sub-contracts impose certain restrictions on companies and their
ability to share export-controlled and other technology and services with
certain "non-U.S. persons" (persons who are not U.S. citizens or nationals,
lawful permanent residents of the U.S., refugees, "Temporary Residents" (
granted Amnesty or Special Agricultural Worker provisions), or persons
granted asylum (but excluding persons in nonimmigrant status such as H-1B, L
-1, F-1, etc.) or non-U.S. citizens.
我想起我上次面试后原本面试官说没什么问题但是需要和Export Control再确认一下，
之后就杳无音讯悲剧了。或许是因为上面这个原因。请问有人知道这些法规具体会影响
到什么行业吗？有些公司贴job posting出来前也不先确认一下，真是浪费双方的时间
