她现在用的是学校的H1B(non-cap的),面试了一个公司,很可能就要给offer了。H1B要转
成占cap的。但现在2011的H1B名额已经用完了。如果申请明年的，是明年4月份递上申
请就能上班了，还是要等到10月份批下来才能去上班？如果要等到10月，怕公司等不了。
有没有谁有亲身经历的，麻烦解答一下。谢谢了。

work while his H1 trnsfer is pending but needs to stop working when cap H1B
is approved. Start again on 10-1.
Or if current employer will help amend non-cap H1B to part-time, he will be
able to do a company H1B with the concurrent cap and non-cap H1 jobs and no
need for 2013 H1 cap.

USA don't have manpower to target you or raid your workplace during 4-1 to 9
-30, and after your reenter using new H1 visa stamp, the officer
adjudicating your i-485 won't bother to check your past H1B gap that
happened before your last entry.
实际操作是否可行呢? To experiment that, you will need to NOT leave US, or
leave but return with AP, then the officer will be required by law to check
all your past status and work authorization including this 4-1 to 9-30
period, and may issue RFE asking you to prove work authorization if he has
