RSU. considering the salary increase, you are not paid less. It's true you
would likely be paid less from the 3rd year.

better deal. 200k in seattle is a lot more then 200k in bay area. But if I
were you I won't care about money that
much. You still cannot afford what you couldn't afford. So why bother.
