We have confirmed that your petition reached the Service Center via FedEx
during the week of April 1 to April 5th. The USCIS conducted a lottery of
the petitions received, and will be issuing either a receipt notice for
those selected, or a rejection for the petitions that were not selected.
The lottery was conducted on April 7, 2013, but it may still be a few weeks
until we receive receipt notices or rejections due to the large volume of
data entry that the USCIS will be processing. |

没有人说是不是QCOM。 |

说，要等全收到了？？难道要攒着最后发通知？？还是就是应付我一下。
版上有QCOM的中的吗？

Thanks for your quick response. Did you hear anyone from QC with Premium
Processing who got receipt notice from USCIS in the past two days? since I
checked several friends who have offer from QC (not sure if they are Premium
Processing or not), but so far none of them have received notice.

It is unknown as to when we will receive all premium processing receipts. I
will keep you informed if I receive them.
