Summary of key responsibilities
Accountant / Accounting Assistant
A/R, A/P, Billing, G/L, Bank Rec, Date entry & Other Assessments. Excel,
QuickBooks.
Logistics Specialist
Inland /Outland transportation, logistical planning , various shipment
methods, Creat shipment certificate, Monitor and report shipments.
Office Assistant
Process documents, Maintain business records, Proficiency with office
equipment, Answer phone call.
Bilingual is prefered, Chinese and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess professional attitude and demeanor.
