由于不断地有人non pp升级成pp，所以处理的速度比较慢。
这是一周以前我律师的回复
Standard H-1B processing (without Premium Processing) usually takes 2-4
months, although it does on occasion take up to 6 or so. If we still haven
’t heard anything by late July/early August, we can certainly start
considering a conversion to Premium to force a 15-day decision, but at this
point, I’m really not worried about the timing.
