下。
我不是fresh，现在已经是做PM的位置，不太code，比较担心技面这一块。
不知道有没有版上xd面过，会有几轮，然后技术面的侧重是什么。需要到啃leetcode的
程度吗。

发帖数: 64 | 2 回你我那个帖子的问题，我面的不是google, 别家的。面我的vp是BA，BBA，MBA背景，
没任何technical background , 整个过程中一个technical 问题都没有问，我是
intern position, 他们也没expect 我懂product management 的东西。但是我觉得基
本这个职
位就四块内容吧: best practice, customer engagement , knowledge transfer和
product initiatives
Best practice 和 customer engagement 方面我觉得可问的东西比较多，比如发生de-
scoping怎么处理，跟developing manager 发生不一致怎么处理之类的，准备准备吧。
还有必要的工具就是roadmap, 你有经验的肯定懂得更多。technical的我完全没被问到
，从没leetcode 刷过题，coding 仅限于学校的project , 写写各种data structures,
写shell, producer consumer problem simulation ， Xcode做app，还有SQL啥的，
我也就会这么点了。不过我学校project 有需要写business proposal, engineering
document , design document ,QA plan 这些。我觉得他们问我关于requirement doc
的东西有一些的，比如feature priority, functional feature, non functional
feature 之类的。还有一些project management 的东西，Gantt chart, software
engineering process model也问了些，但都很浅显的。

发帖数: 312 | 3 4月底on-site面了，就差一点点，之前还有一轮电面
PM面基本分几个component:
analytical thinking(estimate how many cabs in NYC in a Friday afteroon)
product sense/design(how would u design an alarm clock for blind ppl;
evaluate UI of a website; give me 3 products you use often, pick one, what
do u like about it? how to improve it?)
PM related(how would u go about launching a new product in Google; how would
u prioritize features? how do u know if a feature is successful?)
creativity(if I ask you to start a travel business, what are you thinking
about right now; assuming u r going to outer space for 3 days, what would
you bring?)
technical(应该不至于要刷leetcode，最基本的data structure复习一下，complexity
看看就差不多了。但是我认识一个人被要求当场写hashtable的code，我遇到的是分析
一个situational的问题，一个东西做不出来怎么办？做出来效果不好怎么办？很多
follow-up）
on-site应该有4-5轮，每个人focus在不同领域，事先他们会商量好，每个人有一个
list，基本都是从里面挑问题，我碰到glassdoor上的原题。Overall，不是太难（当然
我没有过，so take it w/ a healthy grain of salt)，基本问题就是glassdoor上面
那些。It's a fun process. I enjoyed it.
Ads应该把adsense,adwords, doubleclick都整明白（我在NYC面的3个PM全是
doubleclick的PM，所以。。。）
