This company works on very cool technologies, just bought by Amazon last
year for nearly billion $ in cash.
Located 30 Kilometers to north of Boston city, housing here is cheaper than
Boston area, but air is fresher and cleaner, much less populated in this
area, forest and wetland all around. It combines all the good parts of being
in "Great villages" (inexpensive housing, clean, quiet) and good parts of
metro-Boston (huge amount of tech jobs around all the time).
