An exciting opportunity is
available for a Bioinformatician in the Brunet lab in the Department of
Genetics at Stanford University http://stanford.edu/group/brunet. This
position offers the opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research on the
epigenetic regulation of aging and age-related diseases. The successful
candidate will have an opportunity to creatively come up with their own ways
to analyze primary large-scale data generated by the lab (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq,
proteomics, and metabolomics) in a range of cell types and model organisms.
This position will be highly collaborative, both within the Brunet lab and
with other labs at Stanford. The candidate should have experience in
programming and in implementing bioinformatic and statistical tools to
