Position: Vehicle Dynamics Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MI
Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible for CAE Multibody Dynamics (MBD) analysis and
optimization of vehicle dynamics performance, under department manager’s
supervision
· CAE analysis and optimization of K&C performance
· CAE assessment of vehicle ride and handling performance to lead
suspension and steering system design
· CAE validation and optimization of vehicle dynamics performance
· CAE cascade of vehicle road loads to components
· Provide problem solutions to improve vehicle dynamics performance
· Process and procedure development in related areas
· Conduct research in advanced vehicle dynamics CAE technology
Requirements
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in MBD, vehicle dynamics
(ride and handling, K&C) CAE analysis.
· Must have automotive road-loads experience
· Bachelor degree in Engineering
· Highly prefer ADAMS software background
