Position 1: NMR Specialist.
Your responsibility includes data processing and interpretation for NMR
signals. Previous exposure (research counts) in NMR required. It can come
from chemistry, physics, biomedical engineering, nuclear engineering,
electric engineering or related disciplines. Coding capability in C++/.NET
is a plus, and a GUI development experience a plus. If you have geology,
geochemical or reservoir engineering knowledge, that is definitely a plus
too. PhD preferred, MS might be fine with strong qualifications.
Position 2: Computational Mathematics/Chemistry Intern
Your responsibility includes extensive coding using C++/.NET on
petrophysical data inversion. Excellent understanding of sparse matrix
manipulation and conditioning (both theoretical and computational) are
required. It can come from geophysics, computational mathematics, physics,
computational chemistry or other related disciplines. Coding in C++/.Net is
a must, and a GUI development experience a plus. If you have geophysics,
petrophysics, geology, geochemical or reservoir engineering knowledge, that
is definitely a strong plus too. PhD preferred, MS might be fine with
strong qualifications.
You need to have CPT or OPT, or with proper authorization to work for us
otherwise. We are e-verified employer. These positions will be a 4-month
contractor/intern first. If you have satisfactory performance (especially
work attitude and ethics), you will be extended an offer for permanent
positions. A H1-b visa will be sponsored, so as green card in the next

总结下，楼主需要地质方面的NMR经验，和俺医学MRI差距较大，另外楼主貌似要用到大
规模稀疏矩阵运算，有经验的不妨试试。
另外楼主近期要人，所以最好已毕业，或者2014毕业。

Integrity, Dedication, Enthusiasm, Appreciation and with Learning attitude.

(1) Resume submission and editing/re-editing
(2) A thesis titled of "I have a dream"
(3) Three reference letters from advisers, friends and family
(4) A questionnaire of about 150 questions (not yes/no questions)
(5) Presentation and re-presentation, on-site interview.
In every step, we give many chances allowing people to fail if s/he has
commitments of moving steadily forward. The applicants are in the driver's
seat, as long as s/he feels that our company can complements his or her
personal and professional objectives. Your chances were not granted but
earned.
We prepared this company for two years, wrote three business plans (more
than 200 pages) to persuaded ourselves that it was a viable business before
we jumped out of high-pay/steady job at other oil companies. We are not

Another problem is that I already have had a short list, 3 candidates for
each position, after nearly 30 resumes.
