the Company pursuant to this Agreement, and such that all shares will be
vested on the four
(4) year anniversary hereof. The Shares will be subject to the terms and
conditions of the

觉得这也太扯了吧？这完全不知道到时候的 fair market value是多少，而且是equal
的买，很有可能这option价值为零啊。
有人对此有经验吗？ pre-ipo的公司常开这种offer吗？

is close to ipo.

问题是按照这些文章的说法，你至少应该知道你的strike price是多少？ 这个在offer
完全没提，公司的409A Valuation和total share完全是查不到的。
刚发信去问HR，能否提供strike price 和 preferred share price，不知道他们会不
会提供答案？
