/5 contract jobs最后有机会变成 permanent 的职位。
觉得花大力气转行了，找到的大部分还是 临时工， 觉得好不容易啊！ |

It doesn't matter temp or perm job.
Most important, a job has to meet Laotu's Three Factors for a good job.
There are many Bio Post Docs, who all found good jobs after short training
without go for another useless degree. They are all happy about their change
no matter TEMP or Perm jobs.
The thing is, after they get experience in the temp job, they can jump to
better place easily later.
Now, more and more Bio Post Docs realized this the best way to transfer to
industry job. |
