问题：Company Matching Contributions和Company Retirement Contributions是两个
不同的东西吗？是不是公司无论如何都会付我Company Retirement Contributions，在
此基础上，如果我额外放钱到401k里面的话，前3%会100%match,4-7%里面match50%?
完全不懂啊。。。跪求大师解释！另外我这个plan该放多少到401k里面啊？7%吗？

发帖数: 2356 | 4 401k公司最多Match 5%.但是你得放7%, immediate 100% vesting.
Company retirement contributions不需要你付，公司给你付了，5%的base,但是一般
有服务年限要求，你完成那个要求才可以100% vesting.
