fragomen肯定是写成了ATTN: H-1B Cap。uscis里面的黑人看都不看，直接给丢本科生
抽了一次而已。去年master 25k，申请人数貌似刚过25k一点，master抽中是很大的。
实在是不敢多想。 |

already. I did not think Fragomen as a lawyer firm would let its clients to
make trouble on him for this matter.

我刚发现信上，我的律师就写了ATTN：I-129
按照官方图表里的分类，我这是other cases, 连cap都不是啊？连pool都不进不了？！
但是I-129 part C里第一项问是什么类别的，明确选了master cap。 |

我的理解是USCIS拆包裹，但是否仔细看文件就不好说了，猜测也是基于官网对于多份
申请投递的要求，原文如下。
How to mail multiple petitions together
If you will include multiple petitions in the same package, please place the
individual petitions into separate envelopes within the package. Individual
petition envelopes should be marked with the following labels to identify
the type of petition:
•Master’s Premium
•Master’s
•Regular Premium
•Regular
•Chile/Singapore
所以貌似是USCIS拆完包裹（package）希望看到每份申请文件（envelope）标明adv或
reg 可能这样方便他们分类？

at the Vermont Service Center for Premium Processing. Nonetheless, we must
specify whether the cases fall under H1b Cap or Master’s Cap when mailing
them to the Service Center. We generated the label in the computer for H1b
Cap, however, once it was printed we manually changed it to Master’s Cap.
We guarantee you the package was sent to the proper filing section.
