of statistician / data analyst role and name it as research scientist ...
as an example, G has very few research scientist openings (for CS ppl), even
CS phd from top school is not easy to get in, salary is equal or higher
than phd level SDE (>=190K)

从数学系，统计系，物理系可以大批大批地招。100K都足够去chase,citi挖资深的"
scientist"了。

100k base, 30k/2yr sign-on, 150/4yr RSU
比FLG应该差很多
