However if you sign the NC agreement for $$ ( your severance pay ). You
might need a lawyer to review the content of the agreement.
That agreement creates a legal stand for NC suit, but the it is still a
burden for the company to prove their lose because you work for another one.
It is really difficult, so almost no company does it for low level
employees. It is waste money and you are not rich enough to compensate their
lose if any and the company needs to keep the image to public.
So, don't worry, just move on for your H1B. I guess at most, maybe they will
just put on on blocking list for rehire. But who cares? |

noncompete）退回去。
再说才3个月，就当放长假，慢慢找工作了
