A lot of consultants fail to realize the pain and efforts put in by
recruiters just to get profiles approved inside the company before they are
sent out.
I'd rather work with people who are courteous and do not have too much
attitude.
I have withdrawn your candidature for the position. I have marked your

事情经过是这样，我之前在monster和career builder上投过几个职位，结果可能自己
没注意，resume就上去了，然后经常被这些specialist骚扰，很多还都是烙印，这个也
是.
周三一早坐车去SF 准备第二天onsite, 一早接到烙印电话，说有个公司感兴趣，要不
要做online test. 说实话，我当时的想法是即便让我去了，我也不会去，因为我已经
搬到加州了，这些都是东部地区，我原来上学的地方，但我想做online test，想锻炼
下自己，我说我周五才可以，这两天有事，他说不行，我说那周四晚上吧，说定后等他
发link，中午他又连着打了2个，我在走路都没听到，我估计他就是向确认我收到link
没有，我当时忙复习没理他。周四晚上11点多回家了，开始忘记了，2点才开始做，按
照约定，我晚上弄好了.
搓火的是，周五他PDT 时间早上5点多就给我打电话，我没听见，然后中午1点多又打..
，我觉得得回他了，我也气得不行，有啥不说不停的打电话，我就跟他说我有事情忙
， I can't get your call anytime you want.，我说有什么事可以发邮件给我，然后
早上就有了上面的邮件。
我挺搓火的，当然我有不对的地方，回邮件慢了，没接电话, 没求职意愿还跟人家扯淡
，其实2-3月我都是认真对
待的，后来发现这些specialist根本不靠谱，纯熟拉皮条，我的态度也就一般了，就是
打电话过来的话我有时间就接一下，随便扯几句当锻炼口语了。不过他们确实很烦，直
接打电话根本不管你什么时间，还连着打，有啥事邮件也不说。我感觉我的态度确实有
些问题，之前一直没把网站资料当回事，昨天把career builder 和monster资料全抹干
净了。 |

If you are outstanding, you can even reject the offers or jump, nothing is
really hurt by doing such kind of things. In this country, it is ALL about
opportunities... You have to keep that in mind. |

猎头他们就这工作。只能说这个家伙比较尽责
打电话本身没啥大不了的，没时间就不接，听个铃声罢了。高兴了再打回去。我就是忙
，你没预约凭啥让我随叫随到
不爽的地方，不能让步。比如你那个周五面试
以前工作过吗？这心态不行的。别说一个小破猎头还是为你服务的你都搞不定，到了公
司各自为战了，肯定受同事欺负啊
