请教大家，ITU的 40 hour cpt 以后申请H1b的时候会不会出问题呢？
1）网上有看到些印度人在其他学校读 MBA with concentration in Info Technology,
然后搞40 hour cpt从事计算机工作，然后 change of status 被deny的...移民局说
他做的职位more like software engineer 什么的， 所以F-1 status算 invalid.

后出问题的。

每学期 fulltime cpt的话，是 3个credit； part-time cpt 是 1 个 credit。

后 h1b approved 但是 change of status denied. 因为移民局觉得 他们的 f1 是

所以我有点担心 change of status的问题。 change of status 被deny的话，可以离
开美国，重新申请h1b visa，但是要是你算 out of status 超过 180 会有 3年的 bar
不可以入境美国的。 假设ITU的 40 fulltime cpt 会invalid 你的 F-1，那明年即使
你h1b approved, 但是cos deny的话，离开美国重新签就可以会有这个180天rule （假
设你今年9月入学就用40 hour cpt）的风险了。

还有你写的这个阿三是自己公司和律师操作不当，一般要是申请quota的话现在cpt算

个rule. 假设ITU的 40 fulltime cpt 会invalid 你的 F-1，那明年即使
你h1b approved, 但是cos deny的话，离开美国重新签就可以 trigger 有这个180天
rule （假设你今年9月入学就用40 hour cpt）。
我看到一个类似的case，有律师给建议的，里面就有提到这个180天的rule。

如果你的cpt准备开到10月份，那么10月以前就算COS被deny了你依然是F1为什么要OOS？
有些美国移民律师也是半瓶子水平，啥都不懂就敢胡说八道

请问下，我想找tax 的实习，然后 我在ITU的 program是 MBA with the
concentration in accounting. 这个tax 的实习 感觉和 accounting 肯定是
related, 不过tax 实习肯定没有什么managerial 的duty，这算符合 CPT的要求吗? 感
觉 ITU应该ok，不过不清楚移民局对怎么想。。
