本地非IT大公司,要会做sas的,越快越好,想来的把简历给我,真不想再招个非我族

Responsibilities
· Design, create, and lead analyses to inform strategies targeting
customer engagement while ensuring optimal return on invested dollars.
· Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
· Develop innovative solutions using techniques such as data mining,
segmentation, and statistical modeling.
· Provide analysis on assigned loyalty marketing projects, such as
evaluation of new member acquisitions, customer engagement, and offer
targeting and program performance.
· Proactively suggest improvements to existing strategies as well as
identification of new opportunities within the business.
· Collaborate effectively with cross functional partners across the
enterprise to increase share of sales, deliver a world-class
customer experience, and meet business objectives.
· Oversee multiple larger analytical initiatives.
· Ability to work with large databases and datasets for extraction,
conversion into useful business information, and analytical purposes
· Complete Adhoc requests as necessary.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred (or equivalent
experience) in quantitative field is required.
· Five to seven years experience in gathering and analyzing financial
and marketing related data.
· Experience in SAS/SQL programming languages.
· Proficient in MS office with advanced MS Excel skills.
· Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong
interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of project team.
· Ability to take ambiguous data questions, provide analytical
direction and methods and produce concise summary along with recommendations
for deployment and next steps.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a
fast-paced environment |
