年递了几个专利申请, 也有需要评审才能接收的 journal 文章待发, 几乎每天都能收
到 LinkedIn 上 recruiter 的位置推荐和邀请, 感觉 Google 招人可能有一些特别的
筛选条件, 这么多年从没有 Google 的recruiter 联系过我. 对 Google 一直挺景仰,
希望能有机会进去工作, 看来只有靠内推.
个人背景非CS, 非统计, 猜测可能是 Google 不喜欢的原因. 业界经历主要包括
Social Network - recommendation engine, Ads Targeting - real time (Patent
pending), Digital / Internet Marketing, Marketing efficiency optimization (
paper accepted), Credit Risk modeling, 会用 SQL, SAS, C++, Perl, Shell
Script, Pig, Hive, 在看 Python, R, 和 JAVA, 自己用 C++ 写过一些机器学习算法,
如 gradient / ada / epsilon boosting decision tree with Random Forest /
Bagging, Kalman Filter, KNN, Matrix completion, 了解一些 NLP, 在看 OpenCV,
Deep Learning (打算以后自己写一个) 等等, 也写过很多 MapReduce job.
如有 Google 的同行前辈能帮忙内推, 感激不尽! 本人没有别的爱好, 就是喜欢玩数据
, 若有机会进去, 即便不能为推荐人争光, 但肯定不至于丢脸.

profile visibility. You can use that service for several months and then
cancel the membership after you locate the job.... the recruiters and
google search will find you many many times.

认识阿。各大公司都是有referral bonus的，找个在google的校友还不容易。
或者你找google的recruiter.网上太好找了。 | b*****o
