offer上只提到了sign-on RSU, 80k, 分4年给。Recruiter电话里说每年还有regular的
RSU，是performance-based，大概是每年40k。 但是offer里面没有提到这个regular
RSU。下面是她的回信：
Our legal department has instructed us that the answer to this is no. We
are not able to put performance review details into offer letters as there
are too many variables as it is based on your performance.
请问有在ebay工作的朋友吗？ 这个regular RSU能拿到吗？ 我怕recruiter忽悠我。
