supposed to be passionate about driving a new business to be successful in
social media field, and who will lead and grow our marketing team in the
future. Your goal is to restlessly doing awesome things together with us.
Including but not limited to crazily growing maternal users through social
media and mobile channels, and help them to reach and enjoy our extremely
cost-effective products.
Responsibility:
＊ Craft and drive general marketing strategy, including social marketing
strategy (especially), mobile organic growth, general press release, and so
on so forth, for company’s US operations
＊ Manage marketing channels, and build/maintain marketing related
partnerships
＊ Develop and grow maternal user communities on social media channel
＊ Design and drive marketing campaign (especially social marketing) to
generate organic growth and responsible for the result
＊ Work with engineering and operation team to innovate integrated marketing
strategy to boost revenue or user growth
＊ Monitor emerging web/mobile advertising technologies and investigating
which would be appropriate fits with InterFocus’ E-Commerce objectives and
business model
＊ Plan and drive to deliver clear messages to desired audience regularly (
press release, blogs, social media posts, Emails, push notifications)
Requirements
＊ 3+ years hands-on, extensive social marketing experiences with successful
records
＊ Extensive resources in social marketing channels (e.g. numerous social
marketing accounts)
＊ Hands-on experiences in organically/cost-effectively boosting e-commerce
mobile sales/users through social marketing channels
＊ Commercial (not personal) experiences with major social channels (
Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumbler, Google+, Instagram, YouTube)
＊ Must demonstrate very strong understanding of integrated marketing and
communications
＊ Experience in creating and implementing communications and social
marketing campaign strategies nationally or internationally and have solid
result
＊ Proven ability to successfully deal with strategic, highly complex issues
, problems, and challenges
＊ Rigorous analytical and quantitative skills
＊ Deep understanding of mothers with under-6 kids or maternal community.
Successful commercial experiences in developing business or social media in
this community is a determinant plus in our hiring decision (though not a
must)
＊ No degree is required, but a heart filled by entrepreneurism is a must!
Big fan of maternal/baby products is a big plus.
