Strategic Account Executive
Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed defined quarterly and annual quota targets.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans to identify and
monitor opportunities. Plans include but are not limited to: client parent-
child relationships, assessment of current state of account; competition
within the target; key decision makers; overall IT budget; funding sources;
issues/pain points within the target and within the client's marketplace;
current solutions, technologies and products; opportunity for new product
and service offerings; and action plan to optimize spend potential
throughout the assigned account.
• Manage all aspects of assigned accounts within the account
portfolio, including but not limited to opportunity identification, pre-
sales planning, deal execution, and assurance of post-sale installation
customer satisfaction.
• Further develop existing relationships and establish new business
relationships within target client organizations, including C-level
executives.
• Identify key executives within the client organization by
position and by name with the goal of a specified number of face-to-face
meetings with various levels of the client organization to include the key
decision makers by specific dates with the goal of closing profitable sales.
• Make outbound calls and conduct in-person meetings with clients
to identify and qualify opportunities and sell the company’s products and
services.
• Assume the lead role in the preparation and delivery of client
presentations.
• Create and maintain sales pipeline to support quota with detailed
information as to number of potential and qualified prospects/opportunities
, status and next steps.
• Support management with accurate & timely forecasting,
negotiating and financial planning in designated accounts.
• Maintain current information about all accounts and opportunities
in company CRM system.
• Ensure a high level of post-sales satisfaction and facilitation
of long-term relationships for account retention and expansion.
• Share information with Sales and Marketing leadership regarding
business issues and industry information that could aid development of
market-specific action plans and sales strategies.
• Assist management in developing cross-selling business strategies
and tactics.
• Represent Liaison at trade shows and conferences as required.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably
selling services and software to senior executives in large enterprises
• Knowledge of the data integration, management, and security
market and technologies
• Knowledge of SOA, BPM, BAM, and middleware technologies
• Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership skills and ability to be a
proactive team player at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to comprehend, develop and effectively execute business
plans, account portfolio management, opportunity analyses.
• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills, with the
ability to present to senior executives and employ complex solution selling
techniques.
• Experience managing existing relationships and generating new
sales contacts through multiple levels of prospecting within named accounts.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents
(terms and conditions, technical procedures, etc.).
• High degree of discipline, maturity, professionalism and
integrity.
• Sound negotiation, judgment and decision-making.
• College degree in Sales/Marketing, Business or related field
preferred.

Enterprise Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
• Develop territory strategy plan to achieve quarterly and annual
sales quotas
• Achieve or exceed defined quarterly and annual quota targets
• Develop and maintain pipeline equal to 4X quota
• Make outbound calls to prospects and customers to qualify
opportunities and sell the company’s products and services
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
• Travel required as necessary to move prospects through the sales
cycle and to network in territory events as part of the territory
prospecting plan
• Maintain current information about all opportunities in company
CRM system
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably
selling software and services to the IT and security constituencies of large
enterprises
• Knowledge of the infrastructure software market and technologies
• Knowledge of the data integration, management, and security
market
• Knowledge of SOA, BPM, BAM, and middleware technologies
• Driven, proactive individual who can work with minimal
supervision
• Ability to work in a demanding, results-oriented work environment
• Excellent sales skills and a proven history of consistently
meeting or exceeding quota
• Highly motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience generating new sales contacts through multiple levels
of prospecting
• Teamwork-oriented
• Experience in working with salesforce.com a plus

Senior Sales Executive – Life Sciences (Pharma / BioTech)
Responsibilities:
• Utilize expertise, consultative selling skills, strong
relationships and structured marketing and sales plans to successfully
engage target and existing accounts.
• Create new market share through new customer creation, the
addition of new addresses with existing customers and customer subsidiaries
and the sale of new technologies.
• Work to achieve targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin
consistent with the strategic business plan. Responsible for new business
sales, sale of new technologies and maintaining and growing existing
customer base.
• Develop and maintain marketing and account penetration plans to
identify and monitor opportunities. Plans include but are not limited to:

Required Skills:
• 8-10 years relevant technology sales experience in related life
sciences markets.
• Knowledge of health information technology (HIT), healthcare and
integration highly desirable.
• Proven understanding of complex solution selling.
• Strong lead networking/prospecting experience.
• Demonstrated consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership skills and ability to be a
team player at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to comprehend, develop and effectively execute business
plans, account portfolio management and opportunity analyses.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents
(terms and conditions, technical procedures, etc.)
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, with the ability
to present to senior executives.
• Discipline, maturity and professionalism.
