so i don't have OPT, i cannot go to usa until oct.1st in this case?

VISA还没有生效的人入境？就算侥幸让你进入，那么你在美国这段时间内的身份就属于
非法，请问以后再办其他手续的时候你怎么解释作为一个非法移民留在美国的这段时间
？I94上是有你的入境时间的
