今天USCIS的公告出来了，今年H1B是继续抽签，但是下面有几条，是会继续受理的
里面写到
USCIS will continue to accept and process petitions that are otherwise
exempt from the cap. Petitions filed on behalf of current H-1B workers who
have been counted previously against the cap, and who still retain their cap
number, will also not be counted toward the congressionally mandated FY
2016 H-1B cap. USCIS will continue to accept and process petitions filed to:
* Extend the amount of time a current H-1B worker may remain in the United
States;
* Change the terms of employment for current H-1B workers;
* Allow current H-1B workers to change employers; and
* Allow current H-1B workers to work concurrently in a second H-1B position.
U.S. businesses use the H-1B program to employ foreign workers in
occupations that require highly specialized knowledge in fields such as
science, engineering and computer programming.

发帖数: 18 | 4 我的理解是，所有的major都是允许concurrently有两份h1b的，只要你每个雇主都愿意
为你file h1b且每个h1b符合工作时长和工资标准。concurrent h1b不用抽签不占名额。

这个东西应该不是今年就有的，一直都是这个规定啊。 |
