Firm’s proprietary approach has analyzed over $20B of revenue for due
diligence and value creation engagements. During this period, the Firm has
participated in 4 deals worth over $10B in enterprise value.
Job Description: Data Analysts at Two Six Capital analyze data, build and
evaluate statistical and machine learning models, and translate data science
into business and investing insights. They make financial and operational
decisions based on hard facts rather than gut intuition.
Responsibilities:
-Perform data analysis on due diligence and consulting engagements in
various sectors, including retail,
financial services, and technology
-Implement and test statistical models and machine learning algorithms
-Use Two Six’s models to produce analysis for real-world business
engagements
-Interpret results and communicate findings internally and externally
-Present results to non-technical audiences using industry-standard BI tools
Requirements:
-Excellent academic performance with a minimum of an undergraduate degree in
a mathematically rigorous field
-Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience or demonstrated interest in statistics and/or data engineering
- Strong data analysis skills, preferably using Python or R
- Experience with SQL and understanding of database principles
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-driven person with excellent verbal and written communication skills
