Canoe Software is seeking to hire an individual who is both a motivated self
-starter and a team player. Based on positive feedback from beta customers
of the technology, the company is seeking to add talented individuals to our
development team. Canoe is a financial application that has the potential
to cause disruption within the financial industry. The product is built
using PHP, Laravel Framework, MySQL, Javascript, Bootstrap and other open
source technologies.

Required Skills
- Minimum two years PHP development and architecture
- Minimum two years in web application development using MVC frameworks
- Minimum two years in SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Preferred Additional Skills
- Experience with Linux, Amazon Web Services, Git, jQuery, Ajax, and
Bootstrap framework
- Experience with regular expression and machine learning algorithms
- Experience with Composer, NPM, and other open-source software or packages

firm founded by Michael Leffell that focuses on alternative investment
opportunities. The company has developed a working proof of concept
technology that seeks to revolutionize traditional asset management
platforms focused on public markets and private fund investments. The
process of investment and monitoring of hedge funds, private equity funds,
real estate, private companies, and niche opportunities is currently
difficult to automate as a result of the extensive amount of unstructured
data and the opacity of the underlying assets. Canoe is creating a scalable
