Job Description:
In 2017, we are looking for more tech enthusiasts who would share our
initiatives:
To build a highly scalable Data Management Platform (DMP) that can give both
brand and publishers more control to help them work together, share data
and reach to engaged audiences through integration with numerous first-hand
and secondary data across millions of devices using our proprietary machines
learning algorithms and AI technologies.
To build a highly innovative programmatic ad-exchange platform that can
empower parallel bidding to multiple DSPs and can allow 100% viewability for
advertisers after ad purchase and moment marketing.
And to build a next generation advertising self-service platform that can
offer dynamic ads formats, dynamic bidding prices, accurate user targeting
and full transparency to help advertisers outreach to its fullest potential
customers with a customizable user experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for optimizing the algorithm and structure of a
customized recommendation system, providing our clients with personalized
contents with high precision.
2. You are expected to form and modify the solutions including understanding
, delivering, evaluating and polishing user experience.
3. Data mining will be an important part of your job. You will be exploring
new growth point by analyzing user/client/product related data, and reflect
it in optimized machine learning solutions to enhance our traffic
monetization services.
3. You will also need to study and utilize the latest theories and
achievements in machine-learning/NLU/data-mining/computational-advertising
for strategic purposes.
ABOUT YOU:
1.You are expected to have Master’s, PhD degree, further education or
experience in Computer Science specialized for machine learning, data mining
or NLU, or in Mathematics including Statistics and Applied Mathematics.
2. You need to be familiar with or have experience with one or more
technologies related to machine learning and NLU above 7 years.
（1）You are expected to understand techniques and models such as SVM, LR,
RF, Boosting, etc. And preferably have experience in developing large scale
machine learning systems or research experience in machine learning
algorithm optimization.
（2）You need to be familiar with NLP/NLU theories. Having research or work
experience in Ontology related techniques.
（3）It would be better if you have research or work experience in business
use systems or recommendation systems.
3. You are to be familiar with common algorithms and data structures, and
have strong realization ability of machine learning algorithms.
4. You are supposed to have development ability under Linux environment and
have good command of at least one programming language. He who have
experience in shell/python/awk/R/mapred is preferred. | m********u
