Inside Sales/Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• New business prospecting and development; including develop new
customers on domestic or international basis, targeting resellers,
wholesalers and commercial customers.
• Develop relationships and maintain continuous contact with direct
accounts, value added resellers and other distributors by telephone, written
correspondence to promote our products.
• Attend company periodical sales training to attain sound product
knowledge to stay abreast of company products.
• Increase sales through initiatively cold call customers,
professional telephone presentation, persuasion, persistence, knowledge of
target customers and relationship-based sales techniques.
• Work closely together with product manager through price campaign to
successfully achieve targeted sales goal
• Maintain sound relationship with internal/external customers
Requirements
• Previous sales or related experience and bachelor’s degree or
equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and/or work on multiple sales accounts
concurrently
• Be willing and be comfortable to make cold calls
• Great time management skills and very detail oriented
• Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills
