A computer company has an openning for International (China) Recruiter
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager, the International
Recruiter is responsible for China recruitment for the positions in China
subsidiaries. This includes the full spectrum of recruitment
responsibilities ranging from the development of local/national/
international recruitment plans, to the creation of candidate sourcing
strategies, interviewing and screening processes, and offer elaboration and
deployment. This also includes the possibilities to co-lead a recruiting
team in the local office.
Working closely with HQ HR team and working with a team of oversea local HR
team, the International Recruiter will be responsible for:
•Working with hiring managers to elaborate terms of reference for the
positions to be recruited
•Establishing benchmarks and setting timelines to achieve strategic
recruitment goals in collaboration with the whole HR team
•Developing local, national and international recruitment strategies
and creating the sourcing strategies that will yield the right pool of
candidates
•Responsible for full cycle recruitments for China positions
•Be the liaison between HQ and the oversea subsidiaries
•Coaching and co-leading a recruiting team
•Developing and be involved in other HR projects to retain or promote
talents
•Travel to China
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
This position demands a dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to
achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree required, in the areas of human resources,
international affairs or related field.
•A minimum of 2 years of recruitment and deployment experience.
•Excellent written & verbal communications and computer literacy
skills required.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, tasks
efficiently.
•Excellent time management skills and resourcefulness.
•Willing to take 25% - 30% travel to China in the first year
