Responsibilities Summary:
• Provide customer service for business market segment (EMI).
• Troubleshoot and mitigate customer service issues.
• Handle all inquiries regarding assigned products including:
product specifications, technical product performance, price information,
order information.
• Function as a liaison between manufacturing, marketing, and
finance groups.
• Work with Quality Assurance to fix and maintain customer issues.
• Interpret drawings and establish pricing for new opportunities.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Experience/Skills Required:
• High School Diploma (some college preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize Windows based PC.
• Computer literate in typical business software packages.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Organizational skills related to handling multiple tasks
simultaneously
• Professional telephone skills
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• Foreign language skills a plus.

Responsibilities Summary:
The Senior Account Manager represents Schlegel Electronic Materials in a
direct sales capacity within an assigned sales territory(s) for all SEM
products. Selects, manages and supports Sales Representative Organizations
within assigned territory(s). Forecasts, implements, and manages annual
Sales budget by developing strategies for profitable growth in assigned
territory(s). Identifies and promotes the development of new products/
applications consistent with SEM capabilities and business plan. Manages
travel schedule and business expenses. Works closely with SEM Customer
Service, Engineering, and Quality to ensure clear communications/ resolution
when handling customer issues (re: quotations, orders, delivery schedule,
Quality). Provides thorough and timely Sales Reports to senior management.
Performs other such duties and special projects as may arise.

Experience/ Skills:
B.S. in Management/ Marketing/ Engineering
Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in electronic component sales to the OEM
market. EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) is a plus. Experience working
with Sales Representatives or Distributors. Excellent communication,
analytical and sales skills.
