Financial District. Our focus is providing IT staffing and supply chain
finance software solutions to a variety of clients nationally as well as
worldwide
We are currently looking for a Software Engineer to support our growing IT
department.
** The candidate who is proficient in Chinese language had related
experience that will be highly preferable. (We are willing to sponsor work
visa if you are a good fit for our position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose application and environmental problems
Be ready to assist clients and users with application related problems when
called upon
Install and configure new software releases and database updates (AIX and
WebSphere/Oracle installation and administration on AIX
Identify and analyze problems when they occur; keep track of application
issues and their status; perform regular maintenance of servers
Conduct new software releases and plan their deployment with the clients
Document systems and activities; assist users with their application support
needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Information Technology related Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
Knowledge and experience of UNIX/LINUX, Oracle DBA, and Java.
- At least 1-2 years of related working experience (Working experience with
AIX is preferred)
- Good hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Good problem solving and communications skills.
- Able to do multi-tasking, manage time, work independently and as part of
team
- Candidate with banking/financial industry experience is preferred.
Proficient Chinese language is a plus
