NTG is building a compelling and sustainable Tablet solution with great user
experience on latest Intel technology. At Software Development and
Innovation Center of NTG SSE (Software and Solutions Engineering) of PRC, we
look for a lead technical contributor to join us on SW development and
innovation for IA based tablet products. The team is in the early forming
stage and provides a great opportunity to play a key role in building the
organization and capabilities from the ground up. As an architect in the
Software Development and Innovation Team, you will work with key customers,
independent technology suppliers, marketing, engineering management and
architects from multiple disciplines to negotiate, architect, and lead
implementation of a wide range of high complexity features and systems,
analyze requirements, and define software strategies. You will also work
with driver architects, silicon architects to influence the architecture of
future silicon products and help software development teams with
understanding, scoping, and planning implementation work. You will lead
debug of especially difficult problems involving hardware and/or multiple
software subsystems, and develop prototypes to evaluate or illustrate new
technologies, designs, etc. You will also be responsible for driving
continuous improvements in NTG software development processes and product
quality and for technical mentoring of other engineers within the software
team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years developing software drivers and/or embedded
firmware plus 2 years of software and/or system architecture experience with
complex embedded systems (including high performance GFX and video/audio
processing).
• Demonstrated success in designing and leading implementation of
complex software architectures to aggressive deadlines and involving
multiple teams.
• Must have strong knowledge of Linux/Android internals, drivers and
RTOS concepts. Windows embedded experience is a big plus. Experience with
leading collaborative SW/driver development is also required.
• Knowledge of IA/PC system architecture and experience with

top boxes is highly desirable.
• Technical communication skills will be very important as you

3.Platform System Debug Sr. Engineer (Intel Job Number: 610350)
Contribute to tablet PC Platform Integration and Validation (PIV) function
group, responsible for the platform sysdebug including the responsibilities
of leading the platform sysdebug team to assign the sighting severity &
priority and provide the recommendations to PXTs, managing the platform
sysdebug processes and indicators, driving the bug’s owners to close the
bugs per guidelines & criteria, guiding the sysdebug engineers to root cause
the bugs and develop the patches as required. Make recommendations on
errata disclosure. You need to work very closely with software, hardware and
other development teams, and work as technical consultant help validation
and debug team members solve any issues during test case development and
test execution.
You will also lead the efforts to understand and evaluate the trend of the
new technologies and the newly introduced features, develop and deliver some
new test / debug tools and processes for next generations of platform, to
drive the platform sysdebug execution and efficiency.
As a senior sysdebug guy, you will also be required to provide the strategic
recommendation to the management team on the sysdebug methodology, and
guide the sysdebug engineers on their technical knowledge development.
Qualifications:
• Must possess Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer Science and/or
Electrical Engineering.10+ year experience of system development and debug
in an architecture, implementation and/or validation role
• Candidate requires an in depth understanding of Intel architecture,
micro-architecture, and computer peripherals.
• Exposure to OS (Linux, Windows, Android and etc), hardware
development, common interface modules and protocols, such as GPS, 3G/4G, USB
, SATA, PCI-E. Must possess programming experience involving C/C++, others

Contribute to tablet PC Platform Integration and Validation (PIV) function
group, responsible for the platform integration and validation overall
coverage, strategy definition, test plan development, and risk item
identification from overall Atom based tablet platform architecture point of
view. You need to work very closely with software and hardware development
teams, and work as technical consultant help validation and debug team
members solve any issues during test case development and test execution.
You will also lead the efforts to understand and evaluate the trend of the
new technologies and the newly introduced features, develop and deliver some
new test methodologies and introduce some new test/debug tools for next
generations of platform integration and validation, to drive the validation
coverage and efficiency.
As the PIV architect for tablet platform, you will also need to work closely
with application / enabling team, marketing team, development engineering
functions and regional partners to understand the final product requirements
to support the test results requirement from customers.
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer
Science and/or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ year experience of system development in an architecture,
implementation and/or validation role would be valuable.
• Requires an in depth understanding of Intel architecture, micro-
