Lighting-Material & Finishing Manager in Philips Shenzhen
Purpose:
. M&F is one of the major differentiator for Consumer Luminaires
. New advance material and finishing is needed in order to be outstanding from competitors.
Key responsibilities:
. Work out technology roadmap of Material and Finishing
. Scouting of new technology
. Support / Lead Pre-development in material and finishing
. Understand the needs of Consumer Market and design trend,and then translate to technical requirement
. Problem support during the NPI process
. Propose and realize innovative idea
Requirements:
a) Education: University in engineering
b) Experience: Over 10 year’s related experience
c) Competency and Skills:
. Bachelor Degree or above in Material Science or Plastic Engineering or Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering
. At least 10 years’ experience in Consumer electronics/lighting goods development industry
. Experience in sourcing Consumer Electronics material and finishing is preferred
. Having experience in tooling and Pro-E are in advantage
