located in a fun and fashionable LA neighborhood. Due to an immense increase
increase in our popularity, we are currently in need of a talented and
driven Lead .NET Developer to help our brilliant and close-knit development
team pave out the exciting future technical path of our company!

What You'll Be Doing:
- At least 80% hands on coding, which will involve taking ownership over the
database driven (but not database heavy) web applications.
- Architecting and developing new features with design team.
- Optimizing existing software for enhanced performance.
- Brainstorming and making recommendations about technology and processes.
- Managing and building development team.
- Creating, managing, building and optimizing on the Windows Azure Cloud
hosting platform.
What We Need From You:
- 3+ years of .NET development experience (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and yes we
even have a bit of VB.NET thrown in there--for the time being, that is).
- Solid background with client-side development, including DHTML, HTML,
JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
- Strong server-side development skills, including knowledge of HTTP
protocol.
- SVN know-how.
- Experience troubleshooting bugs and implementing fixes.
- Comfort with MS SQL Server creation and maintenance: tables, stored
procedures, views, indexes, triggers, etc.
Nice to Haves:
- Web API design experience.
- E-Commerce experience.
- Previous start-up experience.
