Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and structuring key issues
- Gathering data and conducting interviews
- Actively participating in team problem solving sessions
- Contributing to client recommendations
- Presenting findings to client executives
Requirements:
- Graduated from a top university
- Work/Internship experience from leading consulting firms a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Good team player with strong leadership traits
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic and determined
Associate
Responsibilities
- Working closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of issues
- Leading team problem solving sessions
- Synthesizing key findings and making recommendations
- Translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Working with clients to facilitate implementation
- Coaching junior team members
Requirements
- Graduated from top MBA program or ≥ 3 years of work experience from
leading consulting firms
- Strong analytical skills
- Good team player with strong leadership traits
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic and determined
