RF Internship Postion at MERL
Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs is looking for an intern to work on the
research area of advanced radio transmitter. The ideal candidate should be a
senior Ph.D. student with good experience in microwave/RF active circuits
and/or module design. Familiarity with ADS for schematic, layout design and
momentum simulation is required. Deep knowledge of power amplifier design,
transistor modeling and device technology would be an asset. The duration of
the internship is expected to be 3 months.

MERL is seeking a qualified intern to conduct research in the area of
wireless power transfer. The ideal candidate should have a solid background
in EM field theory, simulation, and hands-on experience with RF experiments.
Essential skills include EM field analysis, numerical simulation, RF coil
and circuit design and analysis, hands-on experience with RF experiment
design and measurement. Knowledge with electromagnetic interference/
compatibility is a plus. The duration of the internship is expected to be 3
months. Ph.D. students in engineering or physics with related background are
encouraged to apply.
