1. Mid-to-Senior level position, MS with working experience required. Sorry
this position will not consider new grads without working experience.
Individual contributor role.
2. On the technical side, this position requires good SQL and statistical
programming skills (R preferred but SAS ok). Experience with statistical
experiment design a plus. Experience working under Linux a plus. More
importantly, experience with work flow process/automation is highly desired.
3. On the business side, this position requires good business sense and
interpersonal skills to work in a result-driven cross-functional environment
. Critical thinking is very important for this position.
